    Son deleted my character (by accident) ticket create.

    Hi as title suggests my son deleted my character while i was on fifo mining work, have created a ticket with ubisoft support, had one response but have not had a recent response. i am aware there is long waiting times just wanted an update to see when i could get my character back thanks.
