Instead of answering the same questions three times (seriously, does any of the Ubisoft staff actually read through the threads to see these questions were asked and answered twice before already?) I'm gonna put this out here for everyone:
If you're on Switch then the Ubisoft Store screen accessed from the game's menu will not acknowledge that you have the Season pass. This is affecting ALL Switch users of ALL regions and languages. However, this should not affect you receiving your Season pass content, which as of right now, only includes the quest When the Road gets Rocky. If you have this quest in your game, visible on the map after completing the tutorial, then your season pass is working as intended. The rest of the DLC is not out yet. Season passes are typically discounted passes to future content. That's their purpose, it's by design, and is common on other platforms like Xbox and PS.
If you bought the Gold edition and you're missing your Gold edition bonus items, that is a completely separate issue that Ubisoft is aware of and currently has not fixed yet despite it being an issue since launch. See here: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-AU/Ar...-not-available
So, it's not just you. If you bought the season pass and DON'T have the quest "When the Road get Rocky" then you should contact Ubisoft Support via email or chat and make a case number, not report it on the forums.
I didn't find an edit button and I wanted to talk more about this issue, so sorry for the double post, and also sorry for my english skills.
I've been reading this forum for updates in this issue since I bought the game, I knew things like how it affected every console, in different levels. But I didn't knew some of the stuff just mentioned here, like how the problem of the checkmark affects all Switch users and is probably unrelated to the Gold Edition items problems.
But ubisoft members, both in this forum and (by analyzing replies of other members) in the cases session try to treat these problems as individual, ponctual issues, instead of a general problem. I am not saying it is a problem of the support members of Ubisoft, of course, but this show that probably Ubisoft is not treating this as it should.
Instead of asking for screenshots or region data, why doesn't Ubisoft members give a direct answer like that? Say it is a known issue, explain the problem, this will avoid more problems like this (the description of this issue should be a pinned thread anyway), and really, it would calm users. When I bought the game a month ago and saw these problems with the season pass I was very worried about not getting what I paid for, and how would it be solved, if I would have to try to solve it on law.
I just wish Ubisoft was more open and transparent about this issue...
It was my first game from Ubisoft, it conquered me in the first teaser back when it was called God and Monsters and the way Ubisoft handled this problem was not very positive :/
And again, I am not directing this to the support members who answers us, but to the company itself.
As said in the title, I want to use the regular edition cartridge but still have access to the season pass. I purchased this on the Nintendo escort for the switch and that is the gold edition. The cartridge I have is the regular edition. When I install the game from the cartridge I have to purchase the season pass and all additional content again as if this is a different game.Originally Posted by Villieta Go to original post
The game is too large to install on the system and have room for anything else. I got the cartridge to save space. Same platform same game.
Thank you for your reply. We will need to look into this directly with you.Originally Posted by IMMadDread Go to original post

Thank you.
Go to the Home Screen on the switch, with the cartridge inserted press the plus/start button. Go to the about this game button and choose eshop. From there it would show if you purchased the digital version as in this case, I purchased the gold edition of the game, to download the game or extra content. With the cartridge I can download the season pass content onto the switch and run the game from the cartridge. Okay now I am using less than ten gigs for this game as opposed to using a whole 25 gigs. Yup it would use *** the system memory and leave a little space on the external.Originally Posted by Villieta Go to original post
Glad I figured this. I hope this helps with the other platforms as well.
