Owners of the Season Pass will get access to three post-game story expansions:
- A New God
- Myths of the Eastern Realm
- The Lost Gods
Preorder content
You can access the mission A Tale of Fire and Lightning by pre-ordering the game and the mission When the Road Gets Rocky by pre-ordering the season pass. For information on redeeming a pre-order code can be found in this FAQ. You will be able to access this content after the tutorial.

Xbox Series X|S Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing crashes or other Technical Issues on Immortals Fenyx Rising please try the following steps:
1. Make sure your system is up to date.
2. Power Cycle your console.
3. Disconnect your console from the internet.
4. Unplug your ethernet cable or go offline through the console's network settings. Once disconnected, try your game again and then reconnect your console to the internet.
5. Try another Xbox One system. This will help determine if the issue is due to the console, your game disc, or the connection.
6. Set your console as your home console.

In your post, you should be as precise and descriptive as possible. We recommend the following template for the posts:
- A short description of the issue. Please include any error codes here.
- When the issue started to occur and what you were doing when it first started. Some things to consider would be if the issue started after a cut scene, after an update, during a specific part of the game.
- Are you able to recreate the issue? If so, please include recreation steps on how you encounter this issue.
- Have you tried any troubleshooting?
- Any screenshots or video of the issue, if possible. Please upload these to a hosting site, such as Imgur or YouTube.
- If you’ve reached out to Ubisoft Support through our ticketing system, please include your support ticket reference number as well.
