If you're on PC, these are the ports:

    TCP: 14000, 14008
    UDP: 3074, 4000 - 4011, 6015

I would also recommend going through the steps in this guide to help with the strict NAT.

The Ports Blush wrote down are the ones that are published on the Support page. But a little question regarding your screenshot. The 192.168.1.1 is that the IP of your modem/router, or the one of your PC? I ask, because usually the 1, or the 254 are often used as defaults on routers and in that case it would be wrong to try and forward the ports to that address. You would need to forward the ports to the IP of your PC instead.

So far, from just looking at the screenshot again, your modem/router accepts connections from any IP with the configured ports and tries to forward them to the 192.168.1.1. You also added some port ranges that you do not need. 14000-14008, 3074-3075 and 6015-6017. Those aren't really an issue for the connections regarding GRB, but are unnecessary.

    You need to forward
    14000 and 14008 TCP
    3074 UDP
4000 to 4011 (the only port range) UDP
    6015 UDP

    according to the support page

Otherwise it would be helpful to know the setup of your network to be able to try and help. Also other factors could be the Windows firewall on your PC and components that might be involved in your connection to the internet.
