What is the solution to have enemies on the map while free roaming?

I heard that after you kill John and Jacob that you shouldn't go and raid their bunkers if you still want wandering enemies. But there's no way around to avoid Faith's bunker. Is this true? I just want to roam around the map and kill enemies without having them disappear completely.

Then again, I also heard that the problem is if you kill the bosses, the enemies disappear RIGHT after and even BEFORE raiding the bunkers. But aren't you forced into killing Jacob and Faith, though?

If only John remains, will the enemies still be on the entire map? What is the absolute best method for all this? Any help would be appreciated.

Faith will become a peaceful sector, nothing you can do to avoid it, without mods.

Jacob will become a bit less hostile if you don't do the bunker but still have decent amount of enemies.

John, is best if you avoid the town once you are invited there and thus you keep a fully hostile area....otherwise, just avoid his bunker and you will have similar area to Jacob.

Mods on PC would allow you to change how fast you gain points, and thus basically you can keep it hostile forever....

You also can respawn all the outposts once you clear them...but it is only the outposts and without outside enemies it is much easier.

So basically exactly what you're saying is I shouldn't go to Fall's End church when confronting John and don't go to Jacob's bunker after killing him, but Faith's territory will eventually be forcefully peaceful? It's really kind of something that Ubisoft didn't learn their lesson from Far Cry 3 with respawning enemies. Why? Just why...

    Thanks for your input.
