I've disabled the option to show alerts from grenades and enemy detection but I wish the helicopters could give alarm when missiles are locked on, I'm dying all the time because missles come out of nowhere and I have no chance to even eject

To easily avoid SAM missiles, constantly gain altitude while flying forward in a straight line. The missiles are so slow, they can't catch you.

But it still doesn't change the fact that the alarm system of the helicopter should work independently of my HUD system AKA Augmented Reality alert messages.
