    ubisoft connect not working for me can anyone hel please

    ubisoft connect will not work on my series x i have tried to unlink and relink my account but it will not let me see challenges for the division 2 or redime any rewards every time i click on them it said something went wrong please try later this has been happening since i moved over to series x on realise day can you help me resolve this problem please

    Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

    I am sorry that you are unable to redeem rewards on Series X - we are working on enhancements for next generation consoles so as it is running in backward compatibility, I'd suggest trying the steps outlined in this FAQ. If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Ubisoft connect

    I am unable to connect to ubisoft, I have changed my password when asked then when I go to log in it say invalid password, I am unable to access certain elements of the game due to this, I have tweeted you serval times but no reply. Is it possible I delete my account and try to set up a new one as I feel this is my only option.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla, on X box X series, my main problem is when I go to link my account I am told "This profile is already linked to another user." when I know its not, I have tried everything but nothing works. When I try to log into Ubisoft connect on the console, it says I need to change my password, when I then change my password it says password invalid when I try to log in.
