    Always Corrupted Saves! Help please

    Hello

    Sorry for my english
    My problem is really easy, after few minutes of game ( where I can save, I can fast travel I can do everything) I got a corrupted save and I cannot do anything anymore.

    I followed video on youtube where I can fix the corrupted save, it works... but after few minutes I get back to the corrupted save....

    I reinstalled 3 times the game... nothing changed.

    I don't use any cloud to save my files. I have everything on my hardware ( to avoid more problems) and this don't work.

    What can I do? Anybody can Help?

    Hey MlupanL, welcome to the forums! I am sorry that your saves keep getting corrupted.

    Please ensure the game is installed on the same drive as your OS. Ensure that Ubisoft Connect, Steam (if applicable) and the game's EXE all have admin rights. Please also whitelist the game in your firewall/antivirus software.

    Corrupted saves are almost always a read/write issue (especially if you're not using the cloud), therefore the above steps should help. If not, let us know!

    I did everything you wrote to me, and after I finished a quest I got again a corrupted file...

    I never use the windows firewall and the game is in the white list of my antivirus, I run everything like the video the you share with me....
    I made an integrity of game file scanning and I use the Ubisoft cloud...

    Really I don't know what to do....

    Ah, sorry to hear this! Please perform a clean boot and test again. If the issue persists, please create a ticket and send us your system files - this will enable us to investigate further.
