Hello there RobF83! Welcome to the forums.
Thanks for sharing your case number. I can see that you've been in contact with some members of the support team yesterday, and that your case has since been escalated for further investigation.
If possible, I'd like you to try something for me. We've heard of a couple of players who were able to resolve this issue by putting the phone in airplane mode with just WiFi activated (so mobile data was not active). Would you be able to try connecting your mobile device using the same method?
This will also help us to figure out if it's a mobile data issue, or something else. Thanks!
LPZML16 - I've moved your post over to this thread, as they're about the same issue. In future, please look for an ongoing thread about your issue before opening a new one. Thanks!
Could you please open a support ticket and follow the steps on this post I made earlier? Thanks!
Hello there MarcinW17!
I've responded to you in this thread. In future, please avoid posting in multiple threads about the same issue, as this can cause information to be lost. Thanks!
Hi,
Were having issues with just dance 2021 on xbox series x, only 1 of our 4 iPhones manages to connect with the game, Android devices are able to connect.
All the devices and the xbox are on the same network, same ip-range 192.168.178.*, xbox nat type is open. The airplane mode trick doesn't work for us. All iPhone are running ios 14.3
Any help would be appreciated.
Hans

Hi Guys,
I'm working at a Mobile Operator and we are using a many-many app to test some things under android.
This is a typically wrong android programming step:
Basically every mobile phone is using the default APN connection toward the world. Primary IF.
But if one mobile phone connected also to VoLTE, the phone is using a dedicated interface to connect to the VoLTE services. This is a secondary IF (interface).
At this time the device using 2 mobile IF and 1 WiFi IF.
But your JUST dance app would like to use the VoLTE IF to connect the "Just Dance Cloud", not the relevant WiFI IF.
But If I'm set my device 2-3G only (not using 4G, which is necessary for VoLTE, default: 2-3-4G automatic), the device connected immediately to the game.
This is unstable working method, because sometimes working under VoLTE sometimes not.
This is not individual problem with your APP, many other android developing team make this mistake.
If possible please correct this wrong working method in your APP.
As I read the evaulations in the Android Play: many-many subscribers experience similar connection problem with the JD Controller.
Br,
Tom
My device: Samsung Galaxy S10+ with Android 10
Hello there guys!
Tipex - I'm sorry to hear this. Thanks for letting me know that you have tried the workaround already. In this case, I would suggest opening a support ticket so our team can take a closer look at your network configurations. You can reach our support teams here:
- Open a Support case
- Start a Live chat (Please check your regional opening times!)
- Twitter and Facebook
When contacting the team, please can you include the following images:
- An image of your phone's IPV4 Address. You can find this by doing the following:
Navigate to Settings > Select Wi-Fi > Select the blue i icon on the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Screenshot so that all of the IPV4 Address info is shown.
- An image of your console's IPV4 Address. You can find this by doing the following:
Press the Xbox button on your controller > Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings.
Thanks!
CsiliLili - Thanks for sharing this, and for sending it to our android support team.
