    JD Controller does not pair to JD2021 on Xbox Series X

    Hi!

    This is a joke...same Wifi network, internet works on both Xbox and iPhone (actually tried on multiple) and this thing does not pair no matter what. The code is displayed on the screen, entered into the phone. Nothing. Rebooted router, iphone, console...NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONNECT.

    Absolutely 100% sure both iphone and console are on same wifi, same IP segment.

    What is happening!?

    Same issue for me. I was able to connect with a borrowed Android phone and with an iPad but not with my iPhone. I even tried using a hotspot network. There is some issue between the game and the iPhone. I can connect to the Xbox Series X through the Xbox app on the iPhone so it's definitely something in the JD Controller app.

    Have same problem on my Xbox Series S. Smarphone with android connect witouth any problem but my Iphone doesn't.

    UBISOFT still pretending that this issue does not exists and we are idiots who have iPhones and wifi in different networks.

    To help us to take a closer look at this, please can you open a support ticket? You can reach our support teams here:
    - Open a Support case
    - Start a Live chat
    - Twitter and Facebook

    Once you have opened a support ticket, please can you attach the following images, as these will assist in the investigation:
    - An image of your phone's IPV4 Address. You can find this by doing the following:
    Navigate to Settings > Select Wi-Fi > Select the blue i icon on the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Screenshot so that all of the IPV4 Address info is shown.

    - An image of your console's IPV4 Address. You can find this by doing the following:
    Press the Xbox button on your controller > Go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings.
