I deleted the game around a month ago. Am I right about absolutely zero balance changes coming online, and none on the hotizon since then? I just want to comment on how shamefully ignorant developers are: I could completely accept if they would say they stop patching the game since it does not bring profit, but they seemingly do it without notifications.

I main pk, no surprise. But the main reason was the complete lack of communication, and the unwillingness to adress obvious bs and balance problems.

They seemingly try to become more story-oriented. Which is funny, considering how much the story sucked. It was funny in the Holden trailer that a Conqueror was staggered by a ******g Shinobi tho.

There's only so much we can hope for in the short-term given the Covid-19 situation affecting mo-cap, the devs preparing the game for next-gen, and balancing the new hero. The devs have proven to be slow when it comes to balance more than anything. However, this two-month-old survey offers some hope:

I would really like to play again, but it honestly destroys everything for me that they care this little about their own game. Guess it's Covid, but they could just say that "ok, please wait, we have a big balance patch ready, but we forgot it in the office, and Jerry the janitor became a bloater there, so we can't pick it up yet."
