    Parental Options Request

I bought Just Dance 2018 for my kids a few years back, and they really enjoyed it. At the time I didn't realize that some of the song selections are questionable from our family's perspective. The topics or titles of these songs are just not something I want to subject my young girls to. Over the years I've considered purchasing the newer versions, but I always check the song list and find at least one track that I just don't want to have to explain to them at their current ages. I've looked into the options, and there doesn't seem to be a way to edit the track list available. If you added this feature I would be happy to buy new versions of the game for my kids to enjoy. Just provide a Parental Control option in the game that allows parents to uncheck songs they don't want to show up that can be accessed using a PIN. This should, of course, extend to Just Dance Unlimited's song list as well since you offer a free trial. It seems like something that wouldn't be difficult to add, and would provide parents with a way to keep the game family friendly.

    Thank you

This whole game is kid friendly, they don't need to add this as it's not needed. If you have an issue with song titles, that's sadly gotta be on you. The only way you can do anything is make a playlist.
Kids are tiny anyways to even question song lyrics when they are focused on dancing.

Just create a playlist for them or keep them only on the kids mode. There really isn't a need for this when Ubisoft tries to censor all the songs anyways.

Sadly, nothing on the internet is more predictable than arrogance. I fully expected this response. People want to sit in judgment over what is and is not "necessary" for others. Not sure what your problem is Kubaratzka, if you don't want such a feature don't use it. Its existence would have no deleterious effect on your enjoyment of the game, why presume to force your preferences on other people and their children? If Ubisoft wants to sell more copies to families this would be a wise feature to add. Not going to respond to any more unhelpful replies.

I'll look into the playlist option, thanks for that suggestion thomasholland. But I disagree with your stance that it is unnecessary because Ubisoft cleans up the songs to their own standards. Every child is different and reacts differently to content. As a parent I will make those decisions, not Ubisoft, not the ESRB, and certainly not forum members. I chose not to buy Just Dance today after seeing what is included, and am merely informing Ubisoft that there is something they can do to change that decision. It will be up to them whether they feel it is worth their investment or not. If this playlist feature works just as well then I will reconsider, but I have asked this question before on another forum and was told there is no way to hide songs from the game.

You want a feature that I'm sure that 90% of 2-4 million copies sold don't want.

Like Kubas and Thomas said there is kids mode or you can create a playlist where you can add songs that are appropriate for your children

Also, there is YouTube you can easily search ''Just Dance Kids Songs''
