Huntsman Outfit disappeared from AC Syndicate rewards on PC

Good evening. My username is "Mondodimotori" and I'm on PC. This evening I booted up AC Syndicate for the first time in a few months, the first since the update of Uplay to Ubisoft Connect, and I noticed that a uplay reward that I had equipped disappeared. It is the "Huntsman Outfit".
I noticed it disappearing because during the loading screen it was still present, but when I entered the game it was unequipped, and it isn't available neither in the Outfit menu of the game neither in the ubisoft rewards list on Ubisoft Connect.
I've read that several games are having issues with rewards since the update to the new launcher, and searching old thread on the internet, that outfit was indeed part of the rewards (available for 30 points). What happend to it? It was removed as an outfic (shame) or it is part of the problems that are emerging with the new launcher? Please let me now as soon as possible. Thank you and good evening."

As far as my research goes, seems like this problem is been around for more than a month, since the launch of the new launcher. How much time we will have to wait?

A little difference for me is that all the other rewards are present both in the launcher and ingame, but not that outfit. Completely disappeared from both of them.

Hiya Mondodimotori! I've responded to your original thread about this issue here. Please update that thread with the requested information, so I can take a closer look at this missing reward with you.

I'm having this issue as well and would really like some sort of solution. The Da Vinci Disappearance does work as I have tested it a bit. The Armor the dlc came with is there as are the multiplayer characters but the other rewards are gone. This is a bit irritating as I was excited to play them again on my new PC since my old Xbox 360 had died but allot of rewards are just gone for some reason. I'm worried Unity and Syndicate suffer from this as well. More so Unity as I loved that game despite its flaws. I've also seen reports Origins has issues as well but I hope its not true.

update: After weird wave of reward notifications in AC3 remaster (they were working unlike older titles) i've started AC2. Reward level is finally unlocked. Will check other games later.
