Hey kacek! I am sorry for any trouble caused in not being able to access these Rewards! Thank you for contacting us. Just to make sure, have you tried verifying your game files? In addition, re-installing Ubisoft Connect may resolve this as well.
However, if you are still unable to access these Rewards afterwards, please create a support ticket here so one of our Agents can look further into this for you!
Ubisoft, just apologize for this crappy piece of software and give us the old working one back, where everything (challenges, rewards, achievements, chat etc) worked perfectly fine.
I know you guys thought it would be a great idea for cross plattform client, but how about testing it out beforehand. At least for us PC players you totaly fuc*ed it up,

Perhaps I should try this: Even with your user hostile eula, our warranty laws give me the right to demand a refund for the now faulty legacy games (you advertised them with a working challenge and reward system and you are responsible that it doesn't work anymore). Inclusive the money for the Helix Packs.
