I want to know what's happening with the recent issues that occurred after dozens of threads that I and the community did. When we gonna expect a response, since Christmas is close and of course parents gonna buy the game and they are not gonna be happy when they see the issues that we spotted weeks ago
Did you buy any previous just dance before? I mean does ubisoft often update their game once week or once month? Because I just bought just dance 2021 for the first time and don‘t know how often the update comes. Seems like the Customer Services isn‘t good aswell maybe it‘s the last time I buy Ubisoft products
I have Just Dance 2017, Just Dance 2018, Just Dance 2019, Just Dance 2020 on my Xbox One, and I have Just Dance 2020 and now Just Dance 2021 on Nintendo Switch
Before Just Dance 2021 I barely saw any worst issues only problems with the servers like someone gets disconnected from WDF without reason.
Just Dance 2019 had an update but it was the removal of Nice For What because of copyright issues. but for others, they didn't publish any updates for us to do it manually. it happens in-game which doesn't take any space.
Now I can't speak for others that maybe had some issues but haven't seen them.
Okay thanks for sharing infos. This game costs only $30 for me, so I just bought it for my wife and no wonder that I‘m gonna refund it. Right now the game has only quick dance, world tour dance function to access the JD unlimited songs on ps5. Let´s see how and how long they fix it. Have a nice day!

Thank you for reaching out to us! There are a few technical issues currently being investigated by our Support Team. One of which, is the issue where the Controller app for Iphone's is not pairing to next Gen consoles (Xbox Series S & X)
Also, the issue with Nintendo Switch- Just Dance 2020 crashing when owning Just Dance 2021 is currently being investigated by our Support Team as well.
