Hey there guys!

Please note that the supported controllers for Just Dance 2021 on the DualSense Controller (Menu navigation) and Just Dance Controller App​. This is working as intended.

As kubaratzka and szuper1994 mention, using the PS4 version of the game with backwards compatibility should work with the PlayStation Camera.

If you would like to seek a refund, you will need to contact your original retailer. Please note that they will have their own refund policies, and that we have no control over these.

If you purchased your game via the Ubisoft Store, you are welcome to open a support ticket so the dedicated team can take a closer look. I would recommend checking our our digital and physical returns policies before opening your ticket.
