    Anno 1404 Venice retail can't use online profile

    Since like 2 weeks I can't play on my online profile in Anno1404Venice retail, nothing works SP,MP,scenarios, I've made a ticket but no one has answered after 10 days...
    I don't get any info or errors, it's just "waiting for online transactions" and "downloading" and that's it. When I try to pick online profile it does the same, but game automatically creates offline profile "annonymous". Any idea how to fix it or it's just ubisoft problem? I've seen on steam that people has the same problem on nonHE version of the game.

    Sorry this has been like this for years where you can play and not play online. They are always having problems with the online stuff.

    But, few years ago i had no problem with this. Now I need to wait for support and they're not answering my tickets :/
    I want my profile back, because I want to finally get golden ship.

    If you can't get your profile back I do have a profile that is like 90% done. It has the Gold ship.

    thanks, but i want to do it myself.
    Well ubisoft support right now is useless. My online profile was deleted on their servers(cant download it), good thing I have a copy on my computer, but ubisoft still can't read properly what I'm writing and focuses on not important right now thing. Hope they will fix it before christmas

    I reviewed your support case and I can see our support team are looking into this for you. Our response time is longer than what it would normally be, and we're doing the best we can to respond to our whole community.

    I can see you had concerns regarding changing your Ubisoft password for our support team, and that is completely understandable. This is not something we would ever usually ask for and it's not required for most situations. As Anno 1404 is an old game, we don't have the ability to investigate your profile without a more hands on method.

    Thank you for answer, I hope support will solve this now with all info. But that password change is scammy AF I'm surprised You don't have proper tools to do this.

    Changing the password will not work. I have two accounts and both of them will not get me online play. I don't play online but I do have a online account.

    It hasn't work in months nothing new here. 1404 has been having problems with the online accounts from basically day one.

    The best thing to do is drop the retail version and go with the new 1404 HE. I have been with the Anno series from day one. I love the 1404 VS all the rest. The retail version is pass it's time.

    Sorry to have say that but I understand you want to play on line. I'll be honest that the new 1404 HE is so much better, but it still has some problems here and there with game crashes.

    Do HE have problems with profiles? I would play HE but they didn't make it to work on W7... And I need my profile back, because I don't see me doing campaign on hard all over again to get all achievements on campaign, because I've done it 2 times(on offline profile until i had to reinstall windows and rip my profile, and on the online)
