    Ubisoft Drops

    Recently when I log on to see if I have gotten any of my Major charms it shows a banner reading. "An error has occurred while enabling rewards. Please contact Customer Support." I've contacted customer support with no logical response. I have no clue what this error means since it only just now has it happened. I haven't made any new twitch accounts nor have I connected any new accounts.

    Hello akkun-._--e-.-, welcome to the forums, are you able to screenshot us the error you receive here for any other players that may be having the same issue?

    At the moment there is an issue with Twitch Major drops not counting viewing time for some players, for others they receive a Twitch Drop notification 1 day after the Stream ends and then have a 14-18 hour wait for the drops to appear in their game after that. We are busy investigating this but have no new updates, however if you could share with us a screenshot of your error message we can add this to our report to see if this is related.

    Thank you for providing that screenshot that clears things up a little and is very helpful as I can see this is a different issue to what I thought it was initially.

    I can see you had two cases about this but one was closed mid troubleshooting and another asked you to troubleshoot your browser settings and also try a different browser other than chrome.

    Have you been able to unlink your Twitch account from your Ubisoft account to try and rectify this problem? You would also need to do this via the Twitch platform too.

    First of all, navigate to our Account Management website here - https://account.ubisoft.com/
    - Click on the Account Information tile.
    - Navigate to the Linked accounts section.
    - Click on the Unlink button under the Twitch logo.

    Next, go to the Twitch website here - https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections
    - Scroll down to the Other Connections section
    - Locate Ubisoft Connect and click the Disconnect button. Select Yes to confirm.

    Finally, go to https://drops-register.ubi.com/
    - Ensure you are signed in to the correct Twitch account and the correct Ubisoft account
    - Click Activate my Account once you have confirmed that all the details are correct

    These steps should unlink and relink your correct accounts and hopefully allow you to access future drops from Streams correctly.

    In the meantime, I will add your name and information to our report of players affected by not receiving Twitch Major charms, while we await an update on this. Thank you akkun-._--e-.-

    Hello both of you since ubisoft won't respond i will do it instead this problem won't be fixed and you won't get your reward since this problem hasn't been fixed since 2018 the team is lazy as you can think this problem should be fixed long time ago

    wont let me enable rewards

    i keep trying to claim rewards but always comes up with the same error saying i cant and should contact support which i did and the did nothing about it. any help would be good.
