Start on Normal and destroy 7 cars. Wait until there is like 10 to 20 seconds left and damage the last car till it has one hit left, once it hits 5 secs hit boost and ram the car that's the easiest way. You probably want a maxed out car but it isn't needed. It isn't hard I did it first try, but with like 0.03 seconds left cause I almost missed it. If you mess up you got to start over. Be careful when damaging the last car if it hits something else it can total it, and sometimes it can just total itself and it wont count which is why you wanna wait till the very last seconds.
Took me like 4 or 5 tries, but did it. Smashed up first 7 EZ. Followed last car till like 20/30ish sec on the clock, gave it a lil love tap, then continued following till 5 sec and finished it off.
Also, did this in Florida, lotsa straight. The dummy-cars like to total themselves on turns.
First few failures too early, got like 6 sec and 5.3 sec and whatnot, and one time too late and only smashed up 7 cars.
I failed this 3 times on San Francisco cause I tried it on ACE instead of normal. The challenge itself does not specify any difficulty level and the other 3 weekly has no problem with that but this is one of those "We did not specify correctly what you need to do to complete it challenge" since it can not be completed on ACE. Since I was tired of San Francisco I switched to New York and did that chase on normal since I had not done it and banged it out on the first run.
What track are you doing this on and are you sure you set it to normal difficulty?Originally Posted by daniel_letko Go to original post
