This is cancer in dz, now days you see either bleed build or haz pro (because of bleed)
Now you are talking about this? Bleed has been cancer in the DZ since they are pushing everything pvp related to skills and status.

Nerfing the eclipse protocol bag makes ridgeways chest piece pretty much useless. The fact you have to keep the enemies alive and bleeding to get the Regen is ridiculous. At least with the eclipse protocol bag you could inflict bleed and get a damage boost making it somewhat viable. But I guess it's RIP ridgeways pride, since something the devs said was "working as intended" is now suddenly not working as intended.

I am totally in favor that it is only active when the full set is used, and not by itself. It is something very OP, that the only thing it achieves is that players with a few hours of play, reach a lot of damage with builds with low stats ... 30% is a lot of damage. No offensive talent reaches that number. This talent is intended to be a support in the group, when using the required build "eclipse". In addition, it is very easy to obtain, which makes this even more OP. It's very funny to go into pvp and see to all use that piece, while those of us who spend many hours putting together our builds, we have less damage ... ??? This will always happen, as it happened several times, it is not necessary to have OP things to have decent damage, just by spending the necessary time in the game, you can equip yourself well. It brings back memories when the "Clutch" talent was nerfed within a few months of the game coming out, and many abandoned it for that reason. What is the point in a "Looter-Shooter" having things that are so OP and also easy to get by casual players? Completely break the game.

It was never really a dev that "confirmed" it in the first place... it was a flimsy forum-chick called Carina.. and if you take a look at her community streams you could clearly see on her gameplay she has no clue how this game works.. And all other brandsets had the talent as a 4-piece bonus so the fact it was not on Eclipse was clearly broken

This is how you say. In my case someone else answered me, but apparently he is only a forum moderator. I think this is how it should have always worked. It was clearly breaking the game, and most of all the PVP. Luckily this was finally corrected.
