Yep they didn't even chance the text on the backpack.. just stopped it working lol.... Nerfing a build that everyone is using when your playerbase is lower then Marvel's Avengers GJ massive!.. .

I would understand it if you had a playerbase of Shadowlands release.

And this Phase 2? What is the point of it, There is nothing to test.
I totally understand your stalling for time till the season ends but season ends in 1Week and 3days.

    Coming 10 December
This game will unlock in approximately 12 days... Oh no

Honestly this feels like the Y1 situation with the Merciless all over again.

What's obviously a bug gets confirmed as "working as intended" by a community manager and then it gets fixed after that statement and just pisses every body off. LOL.

I wouldn't be so bad if they would put on the backpack "REQUIRES" 2 part of the set etc to work...

I'll keeo trying until one of the devs starts to have nightmares about the guy on the forums that wont shut up about it

In Y1 a ****storm made them think and revert a HARD M1A nerf. Nowerdays they dont care about it anymore. Game is abandoned. They can do whatever THEY want.

One can only hope. I honestly wonder what the developers think Ongoing Directive is supposed to be, and why they seem obsessed with killing everything apparently unintended around it.

It doesn't even work with 2 EP pieces.
I was testing the Scorpio with and without the backpack and almost identical values and attributes.
No damage increase at all. Always 276k per pellet on crit. With and without Symptom Aggravator.

So despite the description for the backpack Talent, the player is supposed to know it doesn't work even with two pieces?

So when is SA supposed to start working?

I have no clue. Not fun.

For what it's worth, talents that can apply to stuff outside of the gear set are normally appended with "REQUIRES <insert 4pc talent name>". For example, the Ongoing Directive backpack talent "Trauma Specialist" is appended with "REQUIRES Rules of Engagement" to be active, meaning you need a 4pc set before the backpack talent does anything (which, by the way, makes the backpack even more irrelevant than it would be otherwise). I expect that to be the change made to Symptom Aggravator, though they clearly didn't think it a good idea to modify the UI to tell us.
