Fixed the “Symptom Aggravator” talent activating under certain circumstances without the required gear.
So this means the Talent wont trigger anymore when NOT using 4 piece set?

Didnt they say it was intended to work without requirements and there is no problem with it?

This is REALLY important to know, my favourite build is using Ongoign directive and to get damage bonus from causing status effect, all because OD is probably the worst gear set in the game so the EP backpack actually working without the set was a godsend for PVE since you could make a few combos AND also made the ridgeway exotic that is still kinda bad an interesting combo compared to Bullrush + Intidimate combo that is VERY strong.

So you either ruined a lot of people's build in PVE because of PVP or you are not explaining properly

I can confirm it's been fixed. It does not amplify damage to status affected targets anymore.

    Well ****.

They nerfed another attempt at fixing a build that they never fixed

    Awesome news.
This is cancer in dz, now days you see either bleed build or haz pro (because of bleed)

So another useless nerf cause the last 20 remaining non-cheating pvp people complained (since they stated before its intended to work for itself).
Basically the patch is only PVP-related. Scorpio nerfed. Backpack nerfed. Some minor challenge ****e fixed. Useless gearset added.

    Another A+ Massive. Well done.

    Game is done. More than...

They rather decide to do a Division 3 without PVP or PVP only. In any case im out.

I don't think I'll ever see the day when Ongoing Directive becomes competitive. This change just took the set down a further few rungs.

Since this is the PTS forum. and not the other one, I want to make sure these posts get seen in here also by the team....

I "use" it on one of like 10 loadouts so it's no big deal just curious why there is so much going in one direction only to 180 later.

**** you whoever ruined this if it no longer works in PVE

Massive are you listening to your community here?

In PvP maybe nerf it to 25% or even 20% and leave it as is.

    The community has spoken.
