YES!
NO WAY!
Let's!
Your example would take 70 days, @144 SHD/day
At a more reasonable 5 SHD/hr, playing consistently 12 hrs a day would take 167 days.
For it to take a year, they'd have to average just under 2.5 SHD/hr.. or if they played 40hrs a week at about 5 SHD/hr (w/2 weeks vacation).
I'm more curious how one gets an SHD Level every 5 minutes![]()

Yes that is how massive will see it , no need to worry how other are playing ?...But how others play does effect other players , in pvp and pve , if they are cheating it should not be allowed to continue .
I have played from release and still at 745 shd .. some look at leader boards to see where they stand , this makes it a waste of time . but no need to worry how other are playing , leave them to cheat and hassle players ...
You mean like using an in game damage glitch to have fun against NPC's in PvE only......oh wait.Originally Posted by Merphee Go to original post
You're attributing value to something that you haven't realized has none in this game. That's why you'll get upset at leaderboards.Originally Posted by hyper---sniper Go to original post
And since nothing of value comes after SHD 1000, why would someone be upset at another player having a higher SHD level than them? Jealousy? I don't say this very often but... who cares? It's just a level that indicates playtime.
And there's a difference between how players achieve SHD levels (the OP) and cheating that actually stops the progress of other players (your concern).
The same ways it's always been. 5 or 4 directives convoys, elite patrols.Originally Posted by toxicFrag Go to original post
Sometimes you get convoys that merge together so you get 2SHD points. But with a competent group you can do them with ease since they know spawn locations and they can be spawn killed in seconds.
Not sure one could say that. It could mean players cheat. It could mean Ubi and Massive just don't care about their game or their playerbase to do anything about it. If others are cheating and I encounter them in the game and Ubi chooses to randomly ban players. If we go by their last flawless ban situation, I could be banned for another's cheating. Ubi and Massive wouldn't care, even when they have YouTubers and players admitting they cheated. For some of us, it could be the deciding factor whether we buy Ubi games ever again.Originally Posted by Merphee Go to original post
It does have value. The points may be worthless to you. They may represent cheating and the lack of anti-cheat by Ubi and Massive. Which affects players.Originally Posted by Merphee Go to original post
