I suggest adding increased revenge generation to Come at me!

I feel like Come at me! should work as both a sort of taunt, and also call to duel. The increased damage could cause the enemy to decide to call off an attack on another opponent, such as an assassin, because of the increased damage possibility, but it could also incentivize not ganking by increasing the amount of revenge generated while it is active. Adding an increase of revenge generated would make this a really good pick, to force enemies to 1v1 or else generate revenge, and possibly getting an enemy off of an ally because of your weakened state.
