I can see that you were advised to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. Were you able to do this, and if so what did they advise?
So, I've contacted their support. They told me they couldn't help me in any way because it's not a game/application sold or developed by any of their platforms.
In the other hand, I managed to find the ubisoft sabedgames folder PhatthanhtuHN mentioned and managed to erase my third and last sabedgame profile. So, after that, the game ran without any crashes. The question is: how can I be sure it won't happen again?
