Ubisoft Server Error on Xbox One
Hello! We are unable to launch the game.
Once we select to use the smartphone controllers and before showing us the next screen, a message saying that there's a problem probably on Ubisoft's side appears and we can't proceed.
The game was working fine for the past several months... internet it's ok... could be related to the ongoing problem with the support site that it's down?
Just wan't to make sure it's not a problem on our side...
