    There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product

    When i try to get on rainbow it just says "There was a problem authenticating the ownership of this product."

    Welcome to the forums. This error normally occurs when you are singed into the wrong Ubisoft Account in Ubisoft Connect. Can you please ensure you are signed into the same account you used when first launching the game.

    Its okay if you don't know what account you used, or if you don't remember the ownership details, we should be able to locate your game and account you used from your usernames or ownership file on your computer.

    Contact us through the following channels with you Ubisoft usernames, emails you may have used and any names of usernames on platforms you may have linked such as PSN, Gamer Tags, Epic or Steam usernames.
