"More intel" quest (Wincestre Arc) cant progress

I got the quest from Hytham and then am prompted to speak to Randvi about Wincestre. Nothing happens. Only the dialogue menu with romance and alliance map is available and there are no new territories (i.e. Vinland) on the map. I even reloaded a save from substantially earlier thinking maybe a different sequence would shake it loose.
    Nothing.
Im really enjoying the game and I dont want to come to a screeching halt.
    Can this be fixed?
I already uninstalled and am currently reinstalling the game as I type.

I figured this out. Go to the alliance map and slowly move your mouse around the Wincestre marker. The box to activate it seems to be around the 3:00 o'clock position and the highlighted area is very small.

Thanks for this - that did it - it really is a tiny area.
