I'm sorry to hear that you're missing unlockable content. All rewards for "Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands" should now be unlocked for players to access. Are you unable to access these through the "Extras" menu?
If you're still unable to access the content, could you please let me know the following:
- Which platform do you use (PC/PS/Xbox)?
- A list of the exact content which is missing
- An image showing that you have unlocked the content previously, and that it is now missing in-game

Hey DjaiGM, sorry to hear this, would you be able to provide us with a screenshot of your Ubisoft Connect rewards?
The challenges have been disabled for all our older legacy games including the Prince of Persia franchise but you should have received all the rewards unlocked in the game.
Do your rewards appear with a green tick beside them or a red padlock? Or do they say unlocked for you but you are unable to locate them in the game?

If so, it may be worth starting the game up while Ubisoft Connect is in Offline Mode, before setting it back to Online while in-game as this may trigger a sync and unlock them.
Is it also the Ezio Costume that's only still locked or are you unable to access the XP Boost or new Challenge Mode Arena?

I can't make any promises, but we may be able to update this for you by replacing your account data file found in the games files on your PC.
I will report your username to our team that is investigating which games are affected by this, but in the meantime, would you please be able to reach out to us through our Ubisoft Support website?
This way we may be able to send you an accountdata file that will make these rewards appear in game for you, or at least further investigate this for you as we are unable to send any type of file across the forums.
