AC Odyssey and Watch Dogs 2 both crashing HELP!

Over the last couple of days I have been getting into AC Odyssey and have generally been having great fun on the game. However, ctd's are becoming incredibly common, initially it started such that I could go around 2-3 hours between crashes, however, now, I can't even go 5 minutes. I am currently around 8 hours or so into the game and am on Phokis about to go to Athens (main story). As I was becoming increasingly frustrated, I decided to go an play Watch Dogs 2, which I had also never given a big go. And within 5 minutes of first driving into SF my game crashed. No other games I have recently played exhibit this behavior even in extended play time. I have updated my drivers to the best of my knowledge, have undone my CPU overclock from 4.8GHz back to the stock 3.6 (9900k), and have turned off memory XMP. Still nothing. Any assistance you guys could provide would be wonderful.

    PC Specs:
    9900k
    1080Ti
    32GB DDR4 memory

Hey there ItsMethod! I appreciate you reaching out. Firstly, can you run through these steps as they've resolved crashing issues for others. If the issue persists, and if there's any improvement in either game, please let me know. Thanks!

    Hi Ubi.

Thank you for extending a helping hand mate, unfortunately though I tried all of the suggested fixes and none seemed to hold any results. I have attached my msinfo and DxDiag as a download to the following link: https://gofile.io/d/F5EGnO, if that provides any further help to remedy the problem. I have also been playing other games in the mean time and noticed none of them seem to be having the same issues as reported with WD2 and ACO.
