No Upgrade Option from PS4 to PS5

Hello everyone, I read it on GameStop and GameSpot so carefully that there is a free upgrade from ps4 to ps5. However the ps5 version released today and there is no option to upgrade. Please explain it, Ubisoft.

    Hey vipandree,

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with Just Dance moving from PS4 to PS5.

I am assuming you own the PS4 physical copy, do you own the PS5 physical system?

    Hey there guys!

Sorry for the delayed response. Please note that Just Dance 2021 is not one of our supported games for a next-gen upgrade. You can read more about this here. We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused.

You should be able to still play the PS4 version of the game on your PS5 via backwards compatibility, though! You will need to ensure that your disc is within the console, and you should be able to dance to your favourite hits on PS5 as well!

I think you mean it is only supported in the US, as it does seem to be advertised as an upgrade just not in Europe.

I'm ok with it once I found out the PS5 version doesn't support the camera so the PS4 version is better in my case, so I didn't try to get a refund but still BS that it says everywhere it's available except on your EU site
