    Lichter der Stadt DLC nicht aktiviert

    Hallo,

    ich habe heute das DLC "Lichter der Stadt" über Connect gekauft, es wird aber im Spiel nicht angezeigt. Bei Connect selbst ist es in der Kaufhistorie und wird als aktiviert angezeigt ("wurde in deinem Spiel in Uplay aktiviert"). Wenn ich über Anno 1800 auf die Store-Seite gehe, wird es aber nicht unter meinen DLCs gelistet, ebensowenig ingame, ich habe da nur die Möglichkeit, es zu kaufen. Ich habe das Spiel schon neu installiert, das Problem besteht aber weiterhin.

    At the moment, you can only receive support in our Anno 1800 forums in English unless you go to -

    If you are able to use a translator to type in English, we will be happy to help you.

    Alternatively, if you'd like to receive support in your native language, you're welcome to create a support case on our website using the link below -
    https://support.ubisoft.com/Cases/New

    If you scroll down the page to where it says 'Contact Customer Support' and click on it, this should create a case where an agent will respond to you in your chosen language

    Hello,

    sorry, I've posted in the wrong forum by accident. My Connect software is set to English and therefore I've been directed here
    I will repost in the German forum.
