Aiming Bug caused by offsite activities?

It started randomly and increased in sensitivity/occurrence to a status where ADS is nearly impossible.
    Found a YT video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXSMBWcXk0A

My input devices are Cherry MX Brown Corsair K 70 RGB and Logitech G502 Hero.

Searching the Web and Forum was not successful. This is my Try and Error Tour.

    1. Settings Switch to toggle ADS and back, no effort, even worse toggle on is faulty as well (approx 2 out of 10).

    2. Unplug mouse clean mainboard IO shield and try other USB Port.

3.Try Mionix Naos 5000 and no name mouse

4.Unplug via BIOS my aquaero for testing purposes (uses internal USB 2)

5.Install Logitech Software and perform firmware update for G502

    6. Try non Ubisoft games with G502 (Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six seem to be affected as well).
    Forum search.
No issues with non Ubisoft titles. 1/2 year old G502 is not leaving me for RMA.

    7. Try 2 other chars, my mules, no issues in ADS....
Short test at shooting range, switch toggle ADS and back.

Conclusion: What 's the difference? 2. and 3. Char aren't even WT1 and haven't been offsite, neither Kenly nor
    Manning Zoo.
Due to field research i was quite early in MZ ran out of RK's in the last part and tried to switch a skill for the
Chem Launcher, Q and E didn't work. Very strange, ended up with no Skills.
    Bach in DC solved.

Yesterday i did MZ again for Firewall, with horrible ADS, and guess back in DC the Bug is gone.
I did not switch any skill...
Now i do remember having the ADS Bug for the fist time in Kenly WT1, right after NY installation.
Did not really notice ADS as a Bug then.

Could fast travelling back and forth be the solution for D2?

    Update

The aiming bug is not triggered only by offsite activities.
Sometimes it happens in DC as well.
Coney Island took me around 3 hours on story mode because i was unable to shoot.
The Aiming down Sights / Left Mouse Button Bug seems to be quite common:

    Even on PS4:

    Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six:

Back from Coney Island the Bug was still there in a somewhat milder form.
Closing the game, verifying game data and restarting did not help.
After TU12 it was gone for a while, but came back randomly.
Restarting a mission from the map and changing difficulty (the only way to alter difficulty since TU12)
    did fix it twice.
    Delta 03 fixed it once.

This Example ts not a severe form of the Bug.
It is not annoying, it makes the game unplayable for me sometimes.
Any kind of help would be appreciated.

Just watched your video, same thing is happening to me. You hold down your right mouse button to aim and it acts like a double click issue. You can recreate this by repeatably pressing the mouse aim button over and over quickly.

With me it doesn't happen all the time. I can be playing for 30 minutes and mouse works fine, enter another room and out of the blue, hold down the right mouse button and I'm popping up and down up and down. After a minute or so, sometimes longer, enter next room or transfer to different part of map the mouse starts working again. I'm not sure why this problem starts up or why it stops

At first I thought it was a mouse problem. There's a website online that I used to check for double click problems, mouse had no problems with double clicks. Got me thinking it was something with Division 2 game because that's the only time it happens.

I have a newer mouse, it's just a couple months old, a Logitech G502 Hero, same mouse you have.

This problem also just started happening for me, maybe the last update or so.

Is not only popping up and down, in severe form the left mouse button doesn't react at all. Reload speed is slowed down and handling is affected as well.
When using an LMG you can realize the reticle taking more time to tighten down and it's never as small as it can be.
When i change the setting for ADS to toggle in 2 out 10 tries nothing happens.

Polling rates keyboard and mouse do not affect the bug. This game breaking bug is not hardware related.
It happens on PS4 and Ghost Recon / Rainbow Six, it doesn't happen on Steam and GOG games.
I'm also quite shure it is not Ubisoft Connect related, AC Odyssey seems not to be not affected.
I'll need to check this in longer sessions.

After that i'll start Char 4 to check wether it comes back and why.

Right now i can only guess what it causes:
Impatience to skill cool downs ?
The running bug (char doesn't stop) ?
Changing skills and skill mods offsite (MZ) ?
Is it related to my 1 year old primary Char (L30 WT5 9 SHD tech left no use for it, was it intended to go for Kenly in WT1)?
Has he seen to much TU's?
