    Old PSN linked to current ubisoft connect

    This is frustrating, where am i not given the clearance to remove the old linked account and proceed to link onto my current psn account.

    I have searched all possibilities to unlinked and remove the old psn but could not find any. Please get back to me ASAP.

    It's really frustrating to buy a game only to find out you have to handle this nonsense first.

    Hi,

    How long before you guys get back to me when the issue is solved? Honestly , i really don't think i have to wait this long just to remove the old account linked to my ubisoft.

    Same problem! Ridiculous process

    I have the exact same issue - did you manage to get yours solved yet?

    I cannot believe this is something that people need to rely on support to solve: like the original poster, extremely frustrated that I cannot use the product I have bought!!

    Can you explain how to connect to a current PSN account, please?

    Hi Rogue_Mango, sorry for the delay replying your post has seemingly been buried in between other posts so apologies for that.

    Usually players are able to do unlink their console platforms through our website here, if you scroll down the page to linked platforms you can hit the unlink button -
    https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information

    When you next launch a new Ubisoft game from your new PlayStation account it should ask you to sign into your Ubisoft account, which you can so so and link your new PlayStation account.

    You can also do this by again visiting the Ubisoft account website and signing in using your new PlayStation account credentials -
    https://account.ubisoft.com/

    If for some reason you can not achieve this, we can unlink your 1st party platforms for you and relink another, however we are only able to do this once for you, so please make sure you are certain which PlayStation or Gamertag you want to associate with your Ubisoft account.
