I disagree on the first paragraph but agree on most everything else.

They should have taken OGR and improved from there. Open world is awesome (I guess) for exploration but as we have seen, not so good for shooters because there is no way they will spend the time, resources and money to create a good enemy ai, teammate ai and good gameplay scenarios.

I am sure the guys who like to Roll Play have or are still enjoying the hell out of this game, but people like me who like to shoot and complete missions without spending 2 hours in the make up room, painting and changing parts to my weapon so it shoots the same as the one I began with or care zero for rewards (my reward is finishing the mission how I want to execute it), after we do the first mission, the others are either repetitive or even more childish than the previous one.

But I guess this is what happens when Ubi has created a hybrid nobody is happy with, it has parts of every genre but it lacks the main spine of A genre. Yes, it makes them money but making money does not equal to a good GR game.

Every time one of the big heads in the studio makes a video or interview, the people who are still wanting a GR game just cringe even more because we realize that with THAT kind of vision it is no wonder the game tanked the way it did. Well, most people I should say, I don't want to lump everyone here.

But hey, let's keep regurgitating the same thing in hopes they don't close the GR forum, it is the only thing left that resembles some parts of the OGR.
