    I can't change my active Dancer Card on Just Dance 2021

    Hello, I have a problem, I can't put other Dancer Card as an active Dancer Card and I know one of the known issues of Just Dance 2021 is that the game can't save customization changes on the Dancer Card but this problem is different because not only I can't customize the main Dancer Card but I also can't put a different Dancer Card as an active Dancer Card so each time I finish a song I have to change the active Dancer Card and the worst part is that when I quit the game and re enter the game, I have to change the active Dancer Card again and on the World Dance Floor the problem is worse because I can't change the Dancer Card on the World Dance Floor to the Dancer Card I want. Is there something I can do to fix this problem or not? (I have put a video link where I show how the problems happens each time I finish a song on Just Dance 2021/Just Dance Unlimited)

    Thank you for your report, and I'm very sorry to read you are being affected by this issue.

    I have added your experience to the current investigation that is ongoing with dancer cards resetting. We don't have a workaround at this time but please bear with us, we're working to get this resolved!
