Hello there.
I am not sure where else to put this as I cannot find an Uno-specific forum on this site, so I'll be addressing my issue here; I recently reinstalled Uno after a long time of not playing the game, and I tried to create my own lobby, and I noticed that the Jump-in rule is not available to me, and that I have to purchase the rule in the Ubisoft Club to unlock it. The strange thing is, I already bought the rule shortly after I bought the game. Why?
If it is at all relevant, I purchased the rule before Uplay because Ubisoft Connect and it was working just fine before.
Sincerely,
Leetle_Fool
Hey Leetle_Fool! Thank you for sending this video and reaching out. I am sorry that you have not been able to use the Jump-In House Rule! If you have not already, please try verifying your game files in Steam, and then launch the game again.
Question: Is the team looking into this issue?
Option 1 : If you can't figure it out what's causing this bug wouldn't it just be easier to unlock the Jump in rule until either you get it fixed or just leave it that way?
I see from the business stand point that option 1 would cause problems, but seeing how Jump in is what makes Uno way funnier wouldn't you losing potential customers be a worse alternative?
I've had this issue since they moved to connect. Even though the reward is "unlocked" in rewards, it does not register in-game. logged ticket, was told to try all sorts of things, but same issue exists.
It is very disappointing that we are still dealing with these sorts of migration issues weeks after.
