Just went to play,
Some update occured that was not game related I think, it didnt say, all that I had to do was restart the UBISOFT app. Now my game went from a solid 120+ FPS to 50 - 60 FPS, I checked my settings and no frame locks or vsink enabled...
Any ideas...?

All the latest drivers as of two days ago...
Thats a huge drop and pretty hardcore for an app update and not even the games update...

Fixed...
Turning all my settings to LOW, closing the game... cleaning registration... and restarting my PC seemed to fix the issue.
I then was able to move graphic settings up again in-game and am now back to 120+ FPS...
MODs you can delete this post if you wish... Or maybe someone else will find it useful?
