Why Ubisoft. Why is this such a HUGE problem for you guys to implement something and then make changes after a couple of weeks when the Update drops for EVERYONE?????? The disdain is so insurmountable with you guys that it feels like we ca never feel safe with anything that you propose.
First big one in the more recent timeframe was the Core sttribute and second attribute matching like 100% of the time. Then after all of the belly achers screamed and pouted, you reverted to some unknown number. Now you haven't told us what that number is that the second is supposed to match the primary and the rainbow loot is a MASSIVE problem. What good is Optimization if we only get one recalibration?
Now you've gone a messed with the Scorpio. I have LOADS of videos that show me getting my armor shredded by Outcast engineers that shoot slugs from their Military M870 shotguns. NOT pellets but SLUGS.... That means a SINGLE round is coming from their shotguns. They hit me at distances well over 60 plus meters. However we finally get a shotgun that can return the favor and you NERF it??????????????????????????
Do you see why people can't trust you guys anymore?
Explain to us why the enemy npcs who already do a TON of damage and the reds have a faster TTK than we do as Agents?

The status effect is now scaled on how many pellets hit the target. You lose 1/8 of the effect for each pellet that misses.

The Gun requires you to land your shots. This requires just a little bit of skill. If you can land your shots. I dont think you will notice the nerf all that much. Also. Skills got a huge buff. So now you all can send out your drones and turrets to kill everything even easier. So not sure what the issue is. The game has been casualized to the fullest.

The nerf now makes it a strictly face tanking weapon now. The spread is huge so landing 8 pellets means firing from 3 meters away. It went from something fun for everyone to only being useful to very specific players and very specific builds.

I use an M1A and other weapons that require "accuracy". The reason why shotguns and this exotic in particular is and was going to be such an important role player is to give an advantage with the pellets and not requiring great accuracy. Shotguns do NOT do great damage in the game. The inherently low RPM's on them make them unviable. So whereas before TU12 comes, I have to stay in cover with a dps build. The Scorpio had me moving from cover to cover and taking greater risks. In effect, the Scorpio was a weapon left untouched that could give us a little bit of balance back in a game where we are extremely underpowered and it is difficult to min/max due to low loot rng.
I here what you are saying. Im just mentioning that I dont think you will notice the nerf that much. It is a shotgun.
