Did Ubisoft ever fix the Forever Loading Chat bug???
Hi all, like so many others I've been blessed with the forever loading chat window glitch on my Ubisoft Connect account, I was hoping that all these months later someone somewhere had come up with a fix?
I've tried all the fixes Ubisoft have suggested, although I knew before hand they wouldn't work as the issue is not my end.
Me and my girlfriend play together, so there are two systems, two Ubisoft accounts, two separate Division 2 games activated. When I log into my account on my PC the chat window will not load, and I have left it for a VERY long period to try this. When I log into my girlfriends account on the same PC and do absolutely nothing else her chat window works fine on my PC. So to make it clear, I'm logged into my account and my chat window is forever loading, I then log out of my account, using the exact same Ubisoft window then log into my girlfriends account, now the chat window works perfectly fine on her account on my PC.
We then reverse this process... On her PC and her account the chat window works fine. We log her out of her Ubisoft Connect account, and using the same Ubisoft Connect window (not closing it down etc) we log into my Ubisoft Connect account. My chat window has the same forever loading glitch on her PC.
I don't know how else to get through to Ubisoft that it IS NOT my end. It is not my firewall or anything to do with my PC. They just seem set on it not being an issue their end.
Its clear Ubisoft have turned their back on this one, so I'm hoping someone from the community of players has done what Ubisoft clearly cannot and worked out what is going on and how to fix it, or at the very least a work around.
I would like to add that I have very recently wiped my drives and reinstalled Windows so all my drivers etc are less than 2 weeks old.
Really would like to see an end to this one.
