So I bought 11,000 steel around 230pm today and I still havent received my steel and you've taken the money out of my bank account so you guys just stealing money now?

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received the Steel that you purchased.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the purchase to populate within your game as they can sometimes be a delay.

However if you still haven't received your Steel after 24 hours then contact support on one of the following channels and they can assist you further:

We would also require the following:

- Uncropped image of the dated proof of purchase (receipt/invoice/etc.) showing the purchase of the Steel Pack
- Uncropped image of the missing Steel in game
