I'm buying this at a friend's request. Stupid questions.

Of course I love Star Trek; watched every episode, and now that I have the Oculus Quest 2, can't think of a better game for it. There seems to be no shortage of people looking for players, which is a big plus.

I'm just curious about where this game is going. As the title states: It's bridge crew. The only room I'm likely to see is the bridge, and that can be a lot of fun. But is there any plans to make it more comprehensive, perhaps open world(galaxy) with planets you can beam down to? Perhaps that's down the road a bit. I see there are bugs still, and specifically with the Oculus 2. I'm wondering if there's a new game around the corner Ubisoft is planning, or will it just be a DLC. Of course one DLC will be better than one for every planet. I'm hoping that people will be able to create their own planets-episodes-evironments that can be triggered when someone enters their zone, perhaps because in my ignorance of the game I'm thinking of a comprehensive Star Trek simulator. I just want to know, is it anything like that?

Do not buy this game. Multiplayer on the Oculus Quest 2 doesn't work at the moment.

It's broken on the quest 2, I suggest buying it on PC and linking it to your oculus or wait until they fix their game
