Blueprints Not Being Awarded from Side Missions?

I just did the Uplink Repair in Garment District and it said I earned the Police M4 blueprint, I also did the Medical Supplies Supply Drop in Penn Plaza which said I earned a Backpack blueprint, neither of these blueprints showed up when I went to the crafting station.

This is my second character so is there a limit to the amount of blueprints you can gather, I notice you can't delete blueprints? Or have others experienced this and is there a fix.

I play on PS4 and my character is level 8, should earned blueprints be the same level as your character?

    1. Do you show ANY blueprints? I don't remember if there is something that has to be done before you can craft anything.

    2. The blueprints are account-wide, at least at the end game. Once you buy or acquire the blueprints they are available to all your characters.

    3. Blueprints are often leveled by the mission. For instance, say you were told to do a mission but you didn't get around to doing it until many levels later, It may be leveled lower than you. TD1 seemed worse at this than TD2 (best I can remember as I haven't played TD2 in a long while).

You wouldn't want to delete blueprints even if you could. Yeah, it would be handy if you could mark certain ones to be at the top, but one never knows when you might need something you thought you'd never use.

I have a lot of blueprints, most show up as level 30, I have crafted a few things for my level 8 character already from my old blueprints, it's a nuisance not to be able to get them now as it makes the side missions not really worth the effort. And the only Police M4 blueprint I have is level 10 and I was on level 8 when I did the Uplink Repair and the Garment District says it's level 5 - 9.

    Update:

I am thinking that once you obtain a blueprint from a side mission you can't get it again, maybe that Police M4 blueprint for example is always level 10 even though you can do the mission on lower levels, the blueprint levels are set and not varied depending on what level you are on. This would explain why I am not seeing any new blueprints as I have already done all the side missions with my other character.

You should be able to get them at the end game. At least from the 2 blueprint vendors (Camp Clinton and in the Terminal).
