I have sent them payment TWICE. Once with my debit card, and now tonight I sent them money with my Paypal account. AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SUBSCRIPTION ACTIVATED. I cannot find a way to contact ANYONE via live chat. There are no options to live chat with anyone anywhere. When I go to the support page there is a blue button at bottom that says START CHAT. When I click it though it takes me to the top of the page to select options. Whenever I select the options that best fit my issue the "START CHAT" button completely disappears. I opened a ticket and I received a generic response this morning that I have replied three times to. I have sent them messages on Facebook, no response. I have sent them messages on Twitter. NO RESPONSE.
I'VE DONE EVERYTHING I CAN DO AND THIS IS MAKING ME HAVE AN EMOTIONAL BREAKDOWN. ARE THEY ALL DEAD? I have given NOW SENT THEM $15.89 TWICE!!
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME. This is causing me so much distress. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

As you identified you may have noticed multiple charges on your first payment this is an authorization hold. We have a dedicated support article that explains this in greater detail which can be found here. I would however advise against advertising 3rd party companies for this matter as we cannot recommend the use of them.
It is great to hear that you were able to active your subscription successfully after adding funds to your account and I hope that you are now enjoying Rayman Origins!
