Anyone else end up in the desert?

So fast traveling to the Summit and I ended up in the middle of the desert. Map showed I was at the Summit but I was stuck literally in the middle of nowhere. Took a couple of screenshots but I can't upload them here for some reason.

No but I've seen it. The Summit is not in the regular game world. It's also only three floors that get modified every time you get in an elevator.

Enlighten us, as far as i'm aware the following is the Summit:

You cannot manually travel there, you can only fast travel there, You do three floors and then have to enter a elevator, then it repeats the previous floors but just modifies it.

So basically it's a building with 3 floors that changes everytime you go into the elevator....i.e it's why i call it "The Illusion"

I think he means that it's procedurally generated which is actually true but there are only three floors that exist that can be modified.
Some games have endless procedurally generated worlds that you can back track through. That's not the case here. Once you take the elevator, the previous floors no longer exist.
