    Hey there tapitude! I am very sorry for the delay, but thank you for your patience! Would you be able to send me an image of the error that you are receiving? Additionally, are you trying to purchase Ubisoft+ through the Store website, or through the Ubisoft Connect launcher?

    Also, if you are using a VPN, try disabling it before attempting to register for Ubisoft+.
