Any info if Origins/Odyssey will see 60fps patches for the new consoles?

For Series X and PS5? They were already 4K 30 on both on the One X and PS4 Pro. I know Unity got a patch to make it 60 which is weird because that's a much older game.

Has anyone heard anything? I can't seem to find any news about it anywhere.

    Thanks!

    PS4 Pro wasn't 4K though, it's 1440p, only One X that runs the game in 4K.

Plus knowing Ubisoft I don't expect any patch.

Ubisoft, please be user (and your customer!) friendly! We all love to see 60 FPS on Odyssey and Origins!

I asked their support team and this was the reply:

In regards to the future update, please do note that Customer Support cannot speculate about potential game or content releases. When details become available, they will be posted on the game's official forum and the Ubisoft blog, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on those!

Hopefully we can make this happen, 60fps on console would be awesome!

I do hope they end up uncapping the framerate. Feels such a shame on Series X

It would be great if they would uncap the framerate, 30fps is not enjoyable at all on big tv. I haven't played Odyssey and Origins yet, but with 60 FPS I would definitely buy both games for PS5.

i think is impossible for this guys because is not the game but the console they release and the only gens who they can reach the 4k are the ps5 and xbox one but we dont know if they have those plans in their mind to bring the old games to the new gens consoles

I think you are right about 4k and any other extras, but a 60 fps patch should be doable. I have no idea but I remain optimistic, after owning a series S the difference between 30 and 60 on other games is huge.

The game is no longer supported, it is unlikely there will be any patches for console port.
