    Did not receive an activation code for AC 3 remastered

    Hi, since there I cannot access a help chat I've decided to try over here.

    A while back I purchased the AC odyssey season pass through steam. With it came the remastered version of AC3. But when I try to play it, it asks for an activation code. I have never received one. Below I will copy paste my interaction with the Steam support and I hope someone from Ubisoft can help me or point me in the right direction if this is not the proper way to receive support.

    Steam support:

    "No CD key is included with Steam purchases of Assassin's Creed III Remastered. If the game asks you to redeem the key, please first restart both Steam and Uplay clients. If that doesn't help, please check with the Ubisoft's support team to see what might have happened here."

    I hope someone from Ubisoft can help me.

    Hi there thatannoyingnew! I've checked on your ticket that was submitted on November 16, and your account. It appears that you have 2 accounts and if you're receiving the ownership authentication error, it means you're trying to launch the game from the Ubisoft account that doesn't have the game activated on it. We can go into more detail through private messages. Please send me a PM, so that we can get this all sorted out for you.
