    Ubi Connect stats and Scores

    I cant seem to link up my JD2021 on Switch with Ubi Connect. It seems like my account is logged in, but it won't give me stats, like how JD2020 did. Am I doing something wrong to connect it. My guess this is the main reason why my scores isn't transferring either as well.

    |Edit| - I noticed on the website it's showing the listing on JD2021 as XBOX One. Is this the main reason it won't connect correctly?

    Can I just confirm are you playing the game on Nintendo Switch, but on your Ubisoft Connect App it displays Xbox One as the platform by mistake?

    Are you able to upload a picture for us to view and report this?

    Can I also confirm, are you checking the Ubisoft Connect app in game and have you tried visiting our website to see if the platform is displayed correctly? - https://ubisoftconnect.com/en-GB/games/

    Thank you for the reply. I am playing on the Switch, however my account when clicking to view my games on Ubi-Connect, it shows as XBOX One labeled to it. However viewing my actual profile, it shows I'm using a Switch version with the stats I have on the Switch. However viewing Ubi-Connect when playing JD2021 on the Switch, it shows that I haven't played any songs.

    Im not sure if Im able to post links, so please let me know so I can remove it if I can't. https://imgur.com/a/hv4Onr5 . I also made a case if it ends up being serious, this is my case number. 13281425. It has the same screenshots as the URL listed above.

    I believe a support case is best, as this is an unusual issue and we can offer you a more personalised support that way.

    Your issue may be related to it showing the Xbox platform. I will report this to our development team, and I'll also add a note in your support case. We'll let you know once we hear more!

    I have this issue as well where my high scores for Just Dance Unlimited songs that I played in JD2020 don’t show up in JD2021. I also don’t have any stats showing up in Ubisoft Connect for JD2021. I opened a support case but they weren’t able to help.

    Can I ask which high scores are not saving for you, is it the Just Dance 2021 scores and which platform do you play the game on currently?

    Sorry for the delayed response.....was hoping progress would be made with a support case but nahhh......14592661.

    For linked console: Nintendo Switch
    Second Link: no game stats at all for 2021. It displays " - " for all of the stats and appears as if I haven't played the game. Stats show as normal for JD2020 just not for 2021.
