    Hello

I will get in touch with people that can actually get a great score and I will report back if I get a response.

Thank you for your help tycandance.

We have received word that the Dancer of the Week score issue has been resolved. Can anyone please confirm if this issue persists?
I just tested this out with Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie in the Unlimited catalog. I used Xbox One S with Kinect. The DOTW at the time displayed a score in the 12900's. Although my score was in the 13000's, it does not display my id as DOTW for this song.

I expect that my issue is related to Ubisoft Connect and my Dancer Card reversion issues.

(Yesterday, dancing on a family member's profile on Xbox One S with Kinect, where that profile had never played any version of Just Dance before, we were able to be DOTW on one of the Unlimited dances. Also, we didn't have any issues with the Dancer Cards reverting avatars, skins, or aliases. Since we didn't have DOTW or Dancer Card issues with a fresh profile, these issues seem to be related to Ubisoft Connect or save data -- although deleting save data from everywhere for 2021 doesn't resolve my issues, so perhaps it's either collective save data for multiple versions or Ubisoft Connect. Since Ubisoft Connect is a new replacement for Ubisoft Club, my guess is that the problem has to do with Ubisoft Connect.)

    Hello Ubi-Raziel

I got in touch with some people that looked into it and so far they said that the issue is not resolved at all. Does it have to be connected with the launch of Ubisoft Connect? Because the community is suspecting that the launch caused some of the dancer card and dotw issues

    Hello!

Thank you for getting back to me with your answers. I have forward everything back to our Just Dance team so they can investigate further.

From your answers it seems as though the issue only affects profiles with the reverting dancer card issue.

We'll let you know if we have any other questions!

    Hello everyone!

I'm actually playing on a Nintendo Switch, and I have encountered several bugs.
It all began after playing a song in which the gauge would not fill and therefore no score was saved.
After that, the daily challenges and the daily playlists stopped refreshing (staying the same); and when I change my nickname, it isn't applied in the world tour mode.

Thank you in advance for your answers

Is there any way to change Pertinence to Catalog sorting?

    Hey there guys!

Aurapulse - Welcome to the forums Thanks for your report. Would you be able to open a new thread with more information about the issues you've encountered? If possible, please include images and videos showcasing these, as this helps in the investigation. Thanks!

DusanJankovic - This issue has been reported to the development team for further investigation. Would you be able to let me know which platform you use (PS/Xbox/Switch), as well as provide an image that shows you have Pertinence sorting instead of Catalog? Thanks!

The nickname you see on the World Dance Floor is the same as your online ID. It does NOT use the dancercard name. You will have to change your nintendo ID name in your Nintendo Switch Profile.
